Anyone know what 'Challenge Demo' means?

It says there is a Challenge Petrol Station on Picton St, Howick, but I cannot think where that is?

  Although no address is shown, if you look at the map it seems to be somewhere around 29/27 Picton street which are a bunch of regular shops on the other side of the church

    Yes - Definitely no petrol station there, and hasn't ever been as far as I know.
