  Depends on use.
  
  Carbon is premium build and extra light weight, super portable and long battery.
  You're also paying for 3yr warranty as its premium.
  
  The other one is heavy, not as durable, not as portable, less battery life. Not as premium.
  
  Me personally, I have a shitty notebook that is good enough for light work and a super powerful desktop for heavy work.
