Some decent deals (in todays market) atm if you need one, be quick with gpu's Nvidia announced price hike and their GPu's went up 10-30% early this week, AMD to follow but seems it hasn't gone up yet for most cards, Intel may follow as well.

I don't know about gaming, but Intel ARC GPUs are the ultimate for video (encode/decode/transcode/format support) on a price/performance basis.
I use an A380 for my JellyFin server.
That being said, for video I'd buy a last gen Intel GPU as they're better value than current gen.
