Currently free on the Japanese Microsoft store for Gold & GPU subscribers, $30 on the NZ store. No VPN required don't need to log out of your MS account or anything, just click on the link and it'll take you to the games page on the Japan MS store, use a browser that can translate the page if you can't read Japanese and purchase the game for $0, then when you go to the games page on the NZ store it will say that you already own it.
You will be purchasing the game from the Japan store but when you download it you'll be downloading the NZ version from the NZ store.
