Harvey Norman currently sell these for $109 and I have just price matched from Noel Leeming and stacked with the $10 coupon above.

At my local Warehouse (The Base Hamilton) they had 50% off clearance items and had the XB22 on clearance for $110 less 50% = $55. Had two on the shelves but when I did my research and went back the next day to get one they were both gone :-(
Are they brand new or open box / display model?
Brand new. Just checked another store and they had sold out.
Can you pair these with earlier models?
I have the XB20 and you can pair it with the same model for a pretty good multi speaker system.
I did some research, this speaker cannot pair with older models.

They agreed to price match and gave me a code but it didn't work - they couldn't work out why, tried on phone, tried incognito, tried different browser, no dice.
Try to clear cookie and it should work

No I didn't manage to. Tried on a few different devices too. Took it as a sign my to make an impulse purchase!
@joshtnz: This happened to me once with online price matching. They told me to go incognito mode and that worked.
Managed to get jbhifi to price match in store. Pleased with the speaker and might head back to get a second. Also Sony.co.nz listed at 109

Just tried to get Noel Leeming to price match via online chat and they responded with "I have checked we currently have limited stocks in Noel Leeming that then we can't process price match for this." Claiming that because they have low stock they can't match the price. I queried this as Noel Leeming stock levels are not mentioned in the price match conditions and he quoted point 4. Price Promise applies only to regular, in-stock product offered for sale from a New Zealand retail home appliance dealer. Excludes limited quantities, localised events with special event pricing (such as MASSIVE, Homeshow), trade quotes, stock liquidations and commercial quantities and parallel imported products. All New Zealand retailer website product offers will be considered where the product is the same.
Maybe I just can't read properly but to me that is talking about the other retailers and not Noel Leeming. Oh well.

Ended up getting the black XB32 from Harvey Norman for $109 with free shipping. Arrived the next day. Goes really well!
Noel leeming price match is stupid. I don't bother anymore. Last time i asked for one in-store the manager refused saying the competitor's price was too low?
Comcom should be interested to find out more about that "excuse"…LOL
Harvey Norman also have the XB22 and XB41 at record low price according to pricespy, but XB32 seems to be the biggest difference in lowest ever price.
