I notice in the terms and conditions below it says discount applies to regular retail price however it actually seems to work on items already on sale which makes for some fantastic deals!
E.g if you need a Car Battery there are some on sale with 30% off RRP and then another $20 - $50 off that depending on your battery requirements. e.g up to 45% off for the DIN66ZLAGMF
