Referrer and referee receive $10 (November).
It takes a REALLY long time for the cash back to become pending (think weeks), and a REEEEAAAALLY long time before that cashback is then actually available for you to withdraw (think months). Don't expect to be able to get any actual money into your bank account in less than 3 months.
This is why I don't actually consider the cashback when buying something. The timeframe is a little nuts.
Regarding the timeframe, we are sorry for the wait but it is out of our control because the merchant has not confirmed the transaction or the return time (90 days) on those purchases has not yet passed.
eg. for some merchants
Based on their refund policy, you're allowed to return/refund your purchase within 90 days from purchase.
Thus, the cashback will only be available after the refund window.

I'm sorry if I came across as pinning the blame of the timeframe on you. I fully understand the reasons behind your timeframes and understand you cannot do this any other way. I was merely hoping to make it clear that this is not like your standard cash back offer where you can expect cash in your bank within the week.
