    possibly not, the t&c say "providing a copy of the receipt."
    Also sometimes you get an order confirmation then the order gets cancelled so that is probably why they want the receipt so people don't claim for something they didn't end up getting.

  What about Cannon cashback TC's No. 1 "This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer from the Promoter"? As PB tech has down the price on this printer by 30%

  BTW I bought the last unit available from PB tech, but now I'm concerned it won't qualify for the cashback.

      The one I bought it's an open box unit as it was the last one available in stock. So I'm not familiar with the return process on these unfortunately

        I never heard of cashbacks being rejected due to printer selling at a discount. So you should be fine if your receipt shows the printer.

  Last time I bought two of these from Smith city and picked up one order and canceled the other after waiting for more than a month(not sure why that one took so long)

  I still got the cash back for both (submitted the order confirmation on the date of the order). I don't think they check your status.

    It's been a month and I'm still waiting for my printer from Smith City.
    Never had any updates so had to call several times.
    Last Friday they claimed they sent it to my house but I didn't receive it. Later I found out they had sent it to my old address from few years ago. How they have that address I don't know.
    Funny thing is I had selected the store collect option as well.
    They promised it will be ready by today so I will wait and see.
    Never will I order from Smith city again

      Yeah, they are hugely incompetent.

      I went to pick up the printer and it took the guy 20mins to locate the item and I am the only customer in their Mt Wellington store.

      At this rate I don't see them last long in this business.

        It's already happening, they just closed down their Wairau Park store. I was surprised when I received a text telling me that my luggage tags had been moved to Mt Wellington for collection. I did not even receive the email informing me they were ready for collection at Wairau Park…LOL
