I've ordered 4 or 5 times over the past couple of years. I've never had any issues with my orders and they usually arrive in just under 2 weeks. I do usually wait for a 40%+ off sale and then order $200+ worth of things for the free shipping, but I assume the regular paid shipping is the same.
I had a couple of items in my cart today that didn't have a discount applied, and I used the live support and they refunded me the discounted amount on the items that didn't have the discount. Was painless.
Its great stuff, however delivery to NZ is $20 bucks unless you spend $200.

Just tried ordering 2x1kg of protein (so no free delivery) but the delivery charge seems to be NZD29.99 - should this be NZD20? Thanks
Thanks for post - has anyone here used before with positive/reliable feedback to report? I usually use Sprintfit or Sportsfuel for my protein requirements, mainly because they are "local" and therefore quick delivery, but I have been interested in MyProtein before. Thanks
