Been watching this for a while, since the previous posted deals here seem to indicate this is one of the best frypans you can buy, (open to correction), it normally goes for $130 but now it's $65. Every other Tefal pot and pan is 50% off as well.

Only 2 year warranty. We bought a Circulon nonstick frying pan with 5 year warranty, after 2 years the coating wears out (most Teflon cookware will do sooner or later, and we dont even abuse it and only wash it with hands) and we get a free replacement.
Seems like only sold at Stevens? will keep an eye out for them as well thanks.
They wear out because you're eating the Teflon coating in your food. Just get a ceramic frypan and use plenty of oil.
Cast iron. A good one will outlive both you and your children.
Gotta season it properly though. Still you're correct.
Does it mean if you use cast iron ones, we don't live long enough? lol just kidding.
Cast iron ones are good, its the non-stickiness that is difficult to achieve. Sometimes they are easy to season, sometimes they are not.
With Teflon ones, if you cook mostly watery stuff, it doesn't wear out much. Do NO use Teflon ones for frying or high temp cooking.
Yes I understand Teflon evaporates under high temperature. Haven't used ceramic yet but I think those are usually just coating as well.
We have the 26cm version of this frying pan at home and I can confirm it's excellent! Great heat distribution and it wears well. Will definitely get another one once there is more than 50% off.
