You can use this link to view the email in a web browser
        https://burgerfuelnz.cmail19.com/t/r-e-jitijrx-a-i/
and this link to forward it to yourself
        http://burgerfuel.forwardtomyfriend.com/r-a-D0C7A0EB-jitijrx…

Note that receiving a forwarded email via the link will show it was forwarded so it's still possible they will deny it. Especially since they no longer show the forward to a friend links in their emails. (They stopped showing them a long time ago, but their software still supports it, they just don't show you the links.) Ditto for the view in browser.

Generally jackvdbuk is right. The only time I recall them doing this is when they made the mistake of a non time limited BOGO. That said, this promotion isn't online so it's possible they will demand to see it. Although that could also be because Burger Fuel's website has a tendency to collapse with BOGOs. Whether it'll be the same for this mini one I don't know.

I imagine when they have an online coupon code enforcing a "must show this email" rule is too much trouble to be worth it. I mean even if they say in the email or heck on the ordering page "you must bring the email to show in store" it's quite likely a bunch of people even genuine VIBs will not notice or forget. And won't have data or smart phone with the email or perhaps it's their partner etc who's the VIB. So you then have to either deny and force them to return with the email and if they refuse then refund an order that's been paid and made and either way deal with an unhappy customer. Or just give it without the email perhaps telling the customer to make sure they bring it in the future.
