    More info for those who TL;DR'd:

    Discount applies to success fees only, any other applicable listing fees still apply (e.g Promotional extras).
    Relists are included, but only if your item is relisted on the day of the promotion (4 May 2019).

    Thanks for the heads up OP. Of course Murphy's Law is that I just sold something this week that had a success fee of ~$90… -.-

        They're going to charge more in the future, that I'm pretty sure.

        Trademe just got sold to a private equity group LBO (delisted from the stock exchange yesterday) and to fund the purchase they're going to load the company up with debt.

        It's a percentage of the final sell price, 7.9% with a cap of $249 excluding any listing fees. So yea, a lot for sure - Long live FB Marketplace. And more more deals like this one.

            @RyanZhang: Heh really? I mean for them they don't have to do much + will/can have more resources than TM if it's required. Plus FB is international. IMO I think they may do is separate it from FB entirely and run it like TM.

    Thanks, have been waiting for one of these. Does anyone know: if you list tommorrow but your item doesn't sell first time so you have to relist a week later, does the promotion still apply to a later relist?

      Doesn't look like it.

      As per FAQ in the link:

      Does this promotion include relists?
      Yes, but only if your item is relisted on the day of the promotion. Any future relists will not be included.

    sweet had some listings finishing this sunday, just changed to saturday so if they dont sell i can relist and take advantage of the no success fee.

        But auction still finishes on Sun. You would want to do a relist on Sat.
