  • Cool :), just a question, is this the fastest memory card you can get?

Hi there, thanks for the deal! Just wondering, would you recommend the Sandisk over the Samsung U3 which is currently $2USD more? Thanks in advance.

I'd take the samsung U3 over the sandisk any day. U3 is like 80Mbps write Speed while the U1 is 20Mbps.

        Nice find i'll update OP

        • Awesome thanks for the advice guys, appreciate it!

Depends what you're using it for. 20MB/s is fine for taking photos and storage on your smartphone. I'd only look at the 80MB/s version if you're shooting lots of 4K video or mission critical stuff.

      • Ymmv but if you ever do big backups to the sd card such as a nandroid backup you will definitely appreciate the increased write speed of an u3 card!

  • Man, this makes me feel old.
