  • A quick google seems to show that the starter toner is 700 pages. Can anyone confirm?

  • For those interested, a replacement black toner costs $100 and lasts 1600 pages - 6.5 cents a page for OEM, or $40 for 3rd party.
I'm on the fence about this one.

Edit: I tried to add it to cart but shipping is a whopping $59?

    • I've always used third party printer toner for my laser printer, it's just as good quality in terms of ink and yields roughly same amount of pages.

For those interested, I went into Harvey Norman today and asked how much stock they had, the guy quickly answered "heaps" so I said i would buy one. As soon as he went to get one he realised they had no stock and started checking other store's inventory. The only store left in Auckland with stock was Pukekohe and I think I got the last one (ship to store).
If anyone is still interested, your best bet is to order online to pick-up in store or go to Noel Leemings and get them to "price promise" Harvey Normans current price.
