Briscoes are trialing a Click & Collect service.

Click & Collect is currently operating at multiple stores throughout New Zealand:

Albany
Glenfield
Westgate
Botany
Panmure
Hamilton
Rotorua
Wanganui
Petone
Sailsbury Street
Dunedin

At these locations, you will see the Click & Collect option as you proceed through the check out. We hope to have this available at other stores soon. However, in the meantime please bear with us as we work through this trial period so we can deliver the best possible service for all future Click & Collect orders at Briscoes stores.

      I think only if you click and collect on their store computer? Eg. If they have to transfer stock?

      This is advertising click and collect, no actual pricing mentioned.

      As far as I am aware it was not previously an option when shopping online.

      I did discover that you can ask them to order items over the counter in store and they will ship them to you for free. It doesn't actually save you any time because you have to go in store but if they are out of an item it saves you having to go back again.

    I used it a few days ago, IMO it's only worth it for clearance items (They send those items from the distribution centre to the store), or you live next to a store that doesn't stock the full range e.g. St Lukes. This process can take a few days.

    there are still free standard shipping codes around working like RRRFW72, so if item not large just get free delivery.
