    Not really. I mean, they work 99% of the time, but then later some of them stop working and good luck getting your money back. They often come from corporate licences that were bought with stolen credit cards, then on-sold to websites like the one in the link who don't ask too many questions.

      I rolled the dice since I can just get paypal to issue a refund. It failed the first time, then worked the second time. I think it's like what you said, it's a commercial license and between my attempts they connected to the business server and activated it. If it stops working in six months, well, $18 is OK for six months of Windows 10 pro on my arcade machine.

        Did you actually buy from this dude for 18 bucks? These are only $5nzd on ebay also with paypal protection + ebay protection. This dude has been constantly posting his dodgy keys along with his rip off prices. Just amazed at how he has not been banned here yet.

  If this isn't 100% legit, there are many other cheaper alternatives. Ebay, Reddit, etc you can get USD$5-$10 easily.
