guessing that will be under a contract of 12 months?, so $65 per month on average over 12 months once you deduct the 2 free months if my calculations are correct. Was looking at Slingshot gigbit fibre deal which averages to $75 per month over 12 months but need a open term plan for now.

I'm about to move away from Slingshot due to poor customer service.
They supplied us with a router, less than two years ago, and it has stopped functioning properly, but they are unwilling to replace it (or they will, but want to charge us $100 for a new one).
Personally, I feel that less than two years is not a 'reasonable' period of time to expect a $100 router to last, but I can't be bothered arguing in terms of the CGA etc, so I'm just going to go elsewhere.
Right now, I am looking at both the BigPipe and Stuff Fibre options, but will likely consider others too.
