just fyi even though they say condition new i would suspect they are actually refurbished (photo on main page shows the refurbished logo).
Many 1-day iPhones and iPads are refurbished and not Brand new.

    • When they sell refurbished, they advertise it as "refurbished". This is brand new, when you check out. It states Brand New iphone 7 plus. Can always return for a full refund if you get a refurbished but as advertised this one is brand new.

        ah didnt see that. cheers.
        MARCH20 for extra $20 off.

    • I looked at the main product page, and it does have a red 'brand new' logo next to it, so it appears it is brand new. Just a pity it is pink.

  • I thought the same but I'll give it a go

  • I suspect it's not official NZ stock. So if it goes wrong Apple won't fix it and you are at the mercy of some 3rd party shop to repair it? Which means it probably won't have water resistance once they are finished with it?

    • You still have 1 year warranty under 1-day even if it happens to not be NZ stock.

      • Thats the 2nd part of my question if the warranty is with 1 day then basically means they will outsource the warranty to a 3rd party repair center? Usually those local shops don't have the equipment to properly seal the unit back to an IP rated state?

        • Not too sure about that but NZ doesnt have an apple store either so they usually send it out to some random repair store that is apple certified to fix it under apple warranty anyway. Should be the same with 1-day.

        • I would say that if 1-day were unable to repair an item that failed within a reasonable period of time and were unable to repair it to a state that mirrored its original use parameters (ie IP rating), then that would land them in conflict with the CGA.

    • Can't you just call Apple NZ? They are the manufacturer after all.

      • Usually Apple NZ won't honor the warranty if it's parallel imported. macbooks have international warranty as far as I am aware.

  • Yes a no go .1 day say a listing mistake
