    • No, only .kiwi

  • cheapies.kiwi taken as expected, showing a parked page…

Had the same issue, after signing up you have to verify your account before the promo code works. Check your emails for the verification link.

        • @goob: Already verified and still doesn't work. Also tried removing and re-adding as well.

    • Can't get it work either

Verify account like mentioned above, if it still doesn't work remove then re-add the domain to your cart?

        • +1

Yes it works after I remove and re-add!

        • yes work for me now.

  • I gave up and then went back after a few hours and it was showing as free. I registered one without the need for credit card but the domain hasn't been registered yet. I tried another but it said voucher used.

    Another account??

  • Hey there,

Sometimes the voucher code requires to refresh the page in order to be applied correctly. In rare cases it works to remove the domain and add it again to the cart. We currently work on a fix to solve this issue.

The code can only be used once per user. Feel free to contact us in case you encounter any issues.

  • I have registered a domain but they still haven't approved it? How long does it normally take?

  • Hey guys just FYI, users beware!

When using your real email with these guys, I just received spam in an inbox that has never had any and the only time i signed up for anything recently using my email was this…suddenly i'm getting "SEO" company shills spamming me.

I don't want to point the finger at these guys and say it's their fault…but I'd say just be careful people.

    • Hi denverthedinosaur,

Sorry to hear that you have problems with spam emails.

During the registration process of a domain name, users are asked to enter the details of the domain owner, including name, address, phone number email, etc. This information is important as it defines the legal owner of the domain name. The details of every domain owner are publicly accessible in the so call WHOIS database. This is a requirement from ICANN, the highest Internet authority and applies to almost all domain extensions.

We assume the email address you suddenly receive spam on, is the same email address you have used to register your domain name?

If you prefer to keep your personal details hidden from the public WHOIS, you can protect your domain with Domain Privacy.

Feel free to contact our support if you need more information.

      Best Regards,
      Octopoly
