Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Toothbrush - $135.38 NZD Delivered @ Amazon.co.uk (Including Two £10 Discounts)

80
BIGTHANKS

I've been looking at Sonicare toothbrushes and this is an amazing deal even without the additional discounts. These usually retail in NZ from about $300 to $400 as they are the top of the line Sonicare range.

Would need to purchase a plug adapter from UK to NZ.

It says it eligible for an additional £10 discount on the already discounted price which I just ticked, then I also added the £10 discount using BIGTHANKS (thanks to cocopops).

      Yup.

      What's the shipping cost?

It varies depending on the order size. The price in the title includes the shipping.

Should be fine to run it here, although i wouldn't leave it plugged in.

Also had travel USB charger whatever that means, can it be charged with any old micro usb?

  • Looks like the $10 discount and BIGTHANKS are no longer working.

    • you need to visit the voucher page which i posted a while back to get the 10gbp voucher and it's for the black colour.

and bigthanks is working for me.

      • Now I happen to randomly have a -GBP 10.00 showing without clipping any vouchers or anything but BIGTHANKS still isn't working. Random.

Also can't find the voucher on that page.

        • you dont need to clip the voucher… only to visit the voucher page

        • @techhit:

Interesting, still doesn't explain why BIGTHANKS doesn't work haha. Thanks tho!

        • @techhit:

Have isolated that BIGTHANKS is the 10.00 promotional credit displaying for me and the 10.00 voucher isn't being applied to my account / order for some reason. As the 10.00 promo credit is there for other items.

        • @memske: select the black colour only

        • @techhit:

I tried that, tried everything. Voucher never showed on that page either, nor on any of the item pages as others had.

Had to livechat and get them to add it to my promotional credit.

I have 2 of these and they are very good however I had an issue with one of them so had to return it, luckily it had a 2yr warranty so no issues since I still had a couple months left. That being said however because I bought it via Amazon UK the warranty for returning is only valid for a UK address. I submitted my claim online but used my mums address in the UK, I went to the UK over christmas and sent the toothbrush back to Philips (free postage in UK) and within 2 days they had sent me back a brand new one.. super fast and excellent customer service. I returned home to NZ and now my other brush is starting to show the same issues.. it is still in warranty for another month however I wont be back in the UK until next christmas so unless i want to pay the postage costs from here to UK, have them send to my mum's again and then have her pay postage costs back (and would customs hit me with a charge?) then I will just have to put up with the issue. The point I make in such a long story is beware, buying from UK is fine but warranty does not cover sending from and returning to NZ! But an awesome toothbrush! :)

    • she could just put it has a low value, or mark it as a gift (both these I believe bypass customs)

    • Yeah that was one thing I was wary off before I bought it, however I saw on another post where someone bought from Amazon overseas and they contacted Philips or Amazon, and they just replaced it for them. So I guess it might be one of those situations where you get away with it depending who you talk to. Although I did think if it did malfunction, it is still cheaper to buy two of these from Amazon than one from New Zealand haha.
