Even if they are selling petrol at only $0.10c/L (and if it was a genuine error by the station), you will have to pay back the difference under the Contractual Mistakes Act :)
Got 14c/L off at Caltex in Hastings. Signs said 10c, but discount was $7. They also matched the Gull price. $1.489, can't complain.
I too was puzzled when I got a 14c off discount when all the signs say 10c off when I filled up at Caltex around a month ago. I only recently discovered why - You get a extra bonus 4c/L off during the month of your birthday. Happy Birthday Shaw!
