Looks like someone published the Ts&Cs before the deal is live….. Online EFTPOS looks like a new product launched by Paymark and ASB where you can shop online instantly using your ASB account. A quick Google search turned up this info from a few months ago, but it looks like this launch hasn't been announced properly by ASB yet. A FAQ page on the ASB website has a video showing how it all works - also looks like it was published early, no other communications about this on the website.

What’s included: Orders placed within the promotional period using “Online EFTPOS” will receive free delivery within New Zealand. This includes free upgrades to signature required, rural delivery and Saturday delivery if requested.
What's not included: Same-day Delivery (PACE) and deliveries outside of New Zealand.
Please note that deliveries fees are calculated at the time an order is placed. This means that if an order was placed during the promotional period, but ships after the promotional period has ended (e.g. due to a stock delay or a product being on pre-order) the delivery fee will still be free. Online EFTPOS requires the ASB mobile banking app.
It says "This includes free upgrades to signature required, rural delivery and Saturday delivery if requested.", though. This contradicts what you specify, right? Correct me if I am wrong.
