Has always worked flawlessly for me. Have to have GPS on as it checks to see if you are near a BK. Also only get 15mins to use a voucher. You can cancel the voucher if you are running out of time. Reclaim and get another 15 mins.
It works perfectly for me as well. You may want to try reinstall the app and see if it helps.

It happened to me also when I first started to use the app, but the staff member told me to switch on the GPS thingy on your smartphone. Four digit code came up, no longer hangry…
The app never works for me, when I try to redeem. Always comes up with location services disabled, and then a message that the coupon has already been used. Hopeless app.
