Valid for the last two days of this month, all through September and until October 10.

          @footy7: Had KFC for the first time in about ten years, last week (Gimme Five deal).

          Was genuinely disappointed. Seem to remember the 'secret herbs & spices' being much more flavoursome than the latest iteration. Suspect they've short changed the 'original' recipe bit over the years.

          Chicken itself was very dry and chewy. The batter was bland and tasteless. Was really quite surprised. Was meant to be a special treat and in the end, didn't really feel like finishing them.

          @Jay: All depends on which store, staff/cook and also time of day when you made the purchase. If the chicken are fresh from the fryer, for example, they will taste alot better (and less dry) compared to ones that have been sitting in the warmer for quite some time. But yes, as for the secret herbs & spices, they have become less flavoursome over the years…
