  These are the ones without the dosage setting guides though right?

  The capsules come with a 'number of bars' of water indication, but they then go and sell these units where you can't set that volume, and have to wing it every time you make one. Totally weird.

    Yes no dosage settings on this, manual machine. 1 lever hot or cold, on or off.

    Started off with one of these before getting an automatic machine, it was fine and did the job and even with the automatic machine I run it for a bit longer than the 'dosage' setting anyway. The main annoyance is you have to stand at the coffee machine and turn it off when it's full enough. With the automatic machine you can press it, go do something else and come back in a minute.
