How many in a Big Mac? 6? Something like that I guess.
If you choose one of the three premade burgers as a base and then tweak it you can end up with your custom burger being cheaper (or sometimes more expensive).
So how do you get the free fries. Do you just print out the email. I expect their to be some voucher but I can't see any.
That's my understanding. There's nothing unique about email (except my name) and there's no coupon of any kind. In the terms and conditions it says "to redeem this offer please present it to a host at the Create Your Taste self ordering kiosk". I guess it's possible that they will ask for your email address and then check it against a database of emails that have created a burger online. Seems unlikely though..

Yes, you get free fries and a drink when purchasing a $10.60+ burger. This deal isn't marked as a freebie do why are you complaining.
Becuase it starts off with the word 'Free'. It should be titled 'Complementary', as you are right, it isn't a freebie, but the title implies it is.

As far as ordering goes. At the create your taste kiosk, select the cash option and then create your burger. Add the basket of chips and medium drink to your order. Then go to the main counter with your receipt from the machine. They were aware of the deal, and I simply showed them the email on my phone. They just looked at the "Free chips and drink part" of the email, so there's definitely no code or anything. They then discounted the fries and drink off the total bill.
