Any good deals on s6 or s7 this Easter weekend?

Hi

GFs patents came to stay from vn for a month. They forgot their phone and want my help to get a new one this weekend. Looking at s6 or s7 because that is what they are familiar with (coming from an s5).

Might consider an alternative flagship if a really sharp price.

    Dick Smith have increased their discount on phones to 30% however that's off RRP so probably not such a great deal given the S6 is an older model now.

    I want the phone within the next 2 days:

    S6 Edge 32gb - $840
    Nexus 6P 64gb - $950
    Nexus 5X 32gb - ?? Prob ~$550-650

    It seems like the nexus' are the better deals.

      5x would be more than enough. Nothing like stock android.

    Went to see the nexus 5x and 6p in person. Didn't like the feel of the 6p and felt it might be a bit big. Couldn't find any 5x on display in vidafone or spark or 2degrees, so grabbed the s6 edge 32gb for $839. Last one in wellington, they still have plenty of s6 edge 64gb priced at ~930.

    I also thought they might struggle with the lack of physical home Button.

    bought a nexus 5x h791 for my partner on ebay, came to $397NZ inc delivery and paypal conversion fee.
    Its only the 16gb model but I think its good value for money.
    I'm new to this forum and I don't see many ebay posts, its a must look for anything under $400nz (to avoid customs fee/tax)
    Now If anyone can offer advice how to filter amazon listings to include shippable to NZ listings that would be bananas.

      No issues with Ebay posts, as long as the Ebay Guidelines are followed. The biggest barrier I see is that there is no NZ specific Ebay site, but .com/.com.au work fine. Keep in mind the Ebay guidelines are copied from Ozbargain, so may have Australian references.
