  There are often subs or items unavailable for online orders - does that mean those orders will be ineligible for cashback?

    Hi. Substitutes are fine for New World provided they are initiated by the retailer. Ineligibility comes about if you make any changes to your order after payment confirmation. Hope this helps.

      So this is only eligible for orders made online, to click and collect, or to have delivered.. right? Does the $20 (to get the max 50% cashback) have to all be from groceries or can the online and service fees be a part of the $20?

      Otherwise a $20 order becomes $26.50 and it negates more than half of the cashback.

        Hi. Provided the order is made online, C&C or delivery is fine. Not sure what you mean by service fees, however if this is referencing delivery then the delivery component is ineligible for cashback per the terms.

          @tightarse-nz: Think they’re referring to the pickup service fees and bag fees. If one’s trying to spend around $20 to get the capped $10 back, they’ll also have a $5 fee for north island stores (>$50 is free) or a flat $3.50 for South Island stores, with up to $1.50 in bag fees for both islands.

          I personally, just decided to spend over $50, as kind of hard not to these days ;).

  The $10 tracked to my TCB within minutes of placing my order. Remember its AU dollars so the $10 is actually $12. Once it becomes payable I withdraw to paypal, I have withdrawn over 1k to date.

    Do you then exchange it to NZD and send it to your bank account, or just keep it as balance in AUD? I do know that PayPal exchange rates are pretty bad.

      I withdraw to Wise AU bank account. It stays in AUD on wise. No conversions or charges on deposit
