Samsung 850 EVO series SSDs are one of the best ones out there. It also offers 5 years warranty. (not sure how that's gonna work if you buy it from US)

The biggest 'savings' comes form the 500GB one.

  I think it was concluded on Ozbargain that Samsung does not have a worldwide warranty on SSDs, however Amazon are usually much more helpful if you have issues.
