I believe it applies to pick up as well but defaults to delivery.

Any taxes & shipping are always excluded from cashback unless mentioned which I have not seen yet.
Well supposed to be but mine wasn't excluding GST.
What are people ordering to maximize the deal?
Was originally leaning some combination of burgers but since wanted to try them I got 2x Hot and Crispy boneless for $10.99 each. Plus since it's only about 56 cents after the cash back a super charged sauce for originally $0.99 so almost exactly $23.
Interesting enough unless I'm missing something my store I don't see the point of the bucket. 10 for $27.99 or $2.799 vs $2.7475 per piece for the 4 pack. As they're boneless assume they're similar sized pieces so not like bone in where you might get different selections and combos.

Tracking can take up to 72 hours… As with any shopback purchase..

@huffboy: Mine never tracked either and it's nearly 48 hours. Considering others have already tracked long ago I have strong doubts mine will.
I used the Shopback app entirely. Did use an existing KFC account but nothing in cart. I don't think KFC carts survive across login sessions anyway. Didn't use any code. I guess the hot and crispy are promotional items but my read of the T&C is you couldn't use any vouchers or codes rather than promotional items being excluded and per above a code did work anyway.
@Nil Einne: Much the same here, even to the dot or having H&S. Waiting for the clock to roll over midnight so I can file a missing claim, a hassle. Still hoping that it miraculously tracks before that🤞
@Nil Einne: It's so annoying when it doesn't track. Me and my partner's orders did not track either when we both ordered through app without any codes. Have submitted the missing cashback reviews, so hopefully they can be rectified..

I suggest you can try the same if yours remained stagnant?
@kenshiro: Mine tracked at about 10 this morning and I never complained so just very slow for some reason. Oh and it was $10 I got so was at 50% I assume.
Mine didn’t track either. Had to submit a missing claim, attaching receipt and all, but I am surprised that ShopBack confirmed the claim within the hour.
Sweet mine just did too, did the same as you, must've been done in a batch haha.

Did anyone's tracking only come in at 1%? Mine did, but just submitted a claim for incorrect %.

I got the max $10 for mine. It looks like they calculated cashback from the entire amount rather than amount excluding GST. Compared to Chemist Warehouse which does calculate from GST exclusive. Means I really shouldn't have gotten the sauce. Oh well.
