Yeah last time I looked at this deal it really doesn’t work out good for the customer. Better off finding the cheaper providers and getting the appliances on a 24 month interest free plan.
Please don't bother with these guys. I'm currently in a UDL dispute with them, they change pricing underhandedly often, and their customer service is the absolute worst. They cut power to me despite having a medical need, when it was their meters fault, but then blamed "acts of god" and told me it was a storm that caused it, even though others in my same house (divided into units) still had power. The free products you get from them are also seconds of lower tiered items - ask them for the exact model number - it's not quite what is advertised, if at all sometimes.
Don't waste your time with it, my rate is almost double claiming the freebie and the broadband is 115 for what I pay 92$ with 2D for haha.
