For new users only. It says non-transferrable but I was able to send and receive credit without any issues.

  I'm a bit confused, how does first month pays for itself? You would first need to sign up for the $27 plan before receiving the $30 credit to be used in the future, no?

    yes, sorry my bad. have to pay for 1st month. only worth it if you will utilize the credit in the future.

      You can transfer the credit to another skinny phone number for free. You can also transfer the data and call minutes but there are fees on that.
