I always use the Shopback mobile app.

If you have concerns about receiving your cashback:

I recommend taking a screenshot of the order confirmation page showing that payment was successful, then clicking the box that says ship from Temu and taking another screenshot of the order confirmation page, as this also shows your order number.

Make sure the green ShopBack cashback activated banner is visible in the background of both screenshots.

Finally, check your click history, and if the click hasn’t logged, cancel your order and start again, since your order hasn’t tracked.

      Be mindful you only order what you don't mind paying for fully. Done like 3 Temu orders and all have been declined even after submitting for additional review. Shopback honestly feels like a scam for Temu

        Opposite situation for me since September 2024 I have received over $1,500 cashback just from Temu. Never have had a transaction decline or not show up. And no I'm not a paid shill, though I am thinking I kinda deserve a sponsorship at this point!!

              @Mintoh: Use shopback app. Use the inbuilt browser and don't open temu app. Make sure you see cashback activated on top. Don't add items once order is placed. Start new session for each order. Close the app, wait couple of minutes and start again.

            Car radio and fascia plate for car radio

            still buy some stuff from aliexpress too (more niche electronics etc)
            bought some electric weed eaters, dremel etc

            Car ramps for oil change

            TONS of shelving (5 layer something they call it) about $80 a piece before cashback and bought maybe 10 of them total at this point

            and pretty much everything ace310 said for how to make it work - the one time I had it failed was using a web browser

          Did that and got their generic rejected one.
          So just sharing so people do temper their expectations. Already using their browser and adding the item to the cart during that session too.

        I’m not sure what you are doing differently, ordered more than 10 times on Temu via shop back app never had any issues.

        Also I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see anymore 50% off sales.

        If it says UPTO, then it is almost certainly for new users. I have seen that most of the time now they don't advertise cashback for existing users. You only come to know on the day

        Hopefully it comes through in the next couple of days.
