TEMU: 40% Cashback (All Customers) @ ShopBack

120

How to:

1) Use Shopback App to buy from Temu
2) Take screenshots of payment screen and of order confirmation as well after (or screen record)
3) ????
4) Profit!

"I recommend taking a screenshot of the order confirmation page showing payment successful and then clicking on the box which says ship from Temu and taking another screenshot of the order
confirmed page as this also shows your order number, ensure the green shopback cashback activated is in the background of both screenshots.

Finally check your click history and if your click hasn't logged cancel your order and start again as your order hasn't tracked." - Deephardfunky

  • This feels like it's now a weekly thing. I liked 50% more but don't have to save up all my cheap goods needs for a monthly order anymore.

  • Still hasn't tracked the last Temu cashback (or Petstock before that). Even following steps perfectly and going through the App the tracking is very hit and miss (mostly miss).

    • Delete the Temu app on your phone and use the Shopback app. Delete items from your cart beforehand. Works for me 100%

      • I don't have the Temu app. This was going through the Shopback App which loads the embedded Temu page.

        • Strange that it hasn't worked for you then. I usually decide in advance what I want and make note of the product number. For example 601099548307955 is a dumpling making machine. You can then search for the product number in temu web page and add it to your cart. You can get the product number from the URL. It's the bit before the .html (e.g. 601099548307955.html). Alternatively you can just look back at your browsing history, but I think it's best to stay on a single page if possible. Avoid local delivery stuff if you can and anything where you have to pay shipping since this decreases the cashback that you get

          • @felixfurtak: I just add things to the wishlist on desktop where I can actually see the images and zoom them, and then on the horrid web site in the embedded browser with multiple navigation cluttering it up from the shopback app I just have to look at the top things in the wishlist. Doesnt help too well when its items that have the size in the tiny image that you cant see but the order of the options remains the same so you can tell that if you want the 4th one on desktop that it will be the 4th one on the crappy web view.

  • its on team

  • Any suggestions of quality sellers or reasonable quality things to buy? I use Temu, but mainly for low value crap. I know this question always comes up, but I'm looking to expand my Temu buying repertoire. TIA

    • I mean what are you looking to buy, from experience top end stuff is rarely over $1k. I know in America you can buy more expensive stuff but i only see that on Aliexpress. Things I've bought are a camping stove, rc toys etc.

      • Thanks. Appreciate it was a vague question. Definitels thinking more the $20-200 stuff, or just stuff that. I'm not looking for anything in particular. Tools, homewares, electronics, consumables etc. Was the camping stove any good?

  • My last 2 orders (both Temu) via the Shopback app never got tracked. I raised supports requests with all the details and included screenshots exactly as the original poster here described (at least for the second order) but both still got declined eventually without any detail as to why. Up till this point I'd made multiple orders that were tracked fine so I'm not sure what's happened but it seems like I can no longer trust shopback or their app to track orders. In a way I might've dodged a bullet as my confidence had built enough that I was ready to make larger purchases but now it's clear it's not worth the risk because the tracking process cant stop working suddenly and if it does you have zero recourse.

    • You can return the items if it doesn't track

      but yeah that sucks

      • That's a good point actually and is good to know for anyone that might make a big purchase especially.

    • You may have more success talking to a human via email than a bot. [email protected] They really cant dispute that evidence. Use AI for your responses if they are unhelpful at any stage.

      • Ok thanks for that. The bot gave me a number and said the help team would email me. I'll wait a little bit then try that email you gave and see how it goes.

      • They did email back and sorted out both my cash backs after I sent all the screenshots and what not, so the advice is solid. Thanks.

  • Honestly becoming not worth the hassle with the time waste of this. If shopback aren't gonna honor these cashbacks they should just stop posting it. Multiple of mine don't get tracked, go through the dumb process of reporting missed activity. Wait the maximum amount of time before they say nah you're shit outta luck
