The Brother PT-H110 is currently on sale for $50 at The Warehouse. You can bring the effective price down to $30 by claiming the $20 manufacturer cashback currently offered by Brother NZ.

How to Claim Your $20 Cashback:
  1. Purchase a Brother PT-H110W from The Warehouse before 31 May 2026.
  2. Visit the Brother NZ Promotions Hub: Go to brother.co.nz/latest-promotions.
  3. Select the Home & Office/P-Touch Cashback: Look for the active link for the April/May campaign. (If the direct link is giving you trouble, you can also go straight to brother.co.nz/cashbacks).
  4. Complete the Form: You will need to upload a photo/scan of your Warehouse receipt and enter the serial number located on the back of the label maker.
  5. Get Paid: Once approved, Brother will deposit the $20 directly into your nominated NZ bank account.
Why this is a good deal:
  • Durability: Uses TZe tapes which are laminated. They are resistant to water, sunlight, chemicals, and abrasion—perfect for the pantry, garden, or tool shed.
  • Versatility: Prints on 6mm, 9mm, and 12mm tapes.
  • Comparison: Other retailers like PB Tech and Mighty Ape have this for ~$55-$60, so $50 is already a solid price even before the cashback.
Pro-Tips:
  • Batteries: This unit takes 6x AAA batteries. These are not included, so grab some while you're at The Warehouse if you don't have any at home.
  • Reduce Tape Waste: By default, these machines leave a large margin. Change the "Margin" setting to "Small" or use "Chain Printing" if you are making multiple labels at once to save on tape!

Inflation is out of control, people were making profit on these not so long back.

  • Don't forget you can get the tape from somewhere like AliExpress for a fraction of the cost of buying it locally!

  • Black and Pink also available at the warehouse.

Get it from Warehouse Stationery using the CSC code: CSC-BG-25
Makes it $46.25 before cashback instead of $50

Don't recommend the pro tips mentioned.

    AliExpress

    Power Adapter = AD-24 ($13-20) or 9V 2A 5.5x2.5 centre negative (reverse polarity)
    example

    Tapes = search TZe laminated

    • Don't recommend that power adapter, it's actually a Chinese plug, not NZ so it's incredibly loose and slips out too easily, can't even hold itself in a wall socket. Being a Chinese plug, it doesn't even have insulated prongs so quite dangerous, especially for an NZ socket orientation and not legal.

      • It should be one of the standard size for the pin.
Also just use a travel adapter for the plug or get a NZ plug one from AliExpress.
It shouldn’t be that dangerous power wise in my opinion as it is quite low voltage &amps. Plus you plug it in while you’re using it, not leaving it plugged in like any other charger.

  • I bought 6 of these for $3.50 each just last year!

  • The margin is due to the space between the cutter and the printer so by default it pushes it out to be symmetrical. As others have said, aliexpress is about $5 per 8 metres of tape.
