Randomly got an email yesterday telling me I have 15 burger bucks in my BurgerFuel club goods. I hardly ever get Burger Fuel - my app says I have ordered 4 times since 2023, and the last time was in Jan of this year. I don't think it's a birthday thing as (a) it is not my birthday this month and (b) I don't have my birthday listed in my account. So check your BurgerFuel club goods in the app - you might have some burger bucks you are not aware of!

Yip, I got the $15 burger bucks and thougth it must be a mistake or April Fools' Day prank then saw another email explaning it. Yay.
Basically you get 1 mpb or point for every $1 you spend. Sometimes they run a promotion (like last month) where you got 3x points for every $1.spent.
So under the new system once you reach 200 points they will convert that to a 20 Burger Bucks coupon on your member account that is valid for 2 weeks. It's done automatically and you don't get to choose the coupon start date.

They've changed the rewards earning program and now require a spend of $200 to get $20 equivalent. Due to this they've bumped everyone up by 50 points.

Got it as well and I very rarely get bfuel, last two times were for the bday freebies (why anyone wouldn't list their birthday in the app is beyond me, free stuff? Hell yeah!)
Paid $2.90 for a bacon backfire and did question myself why anyone would pay $17.90 for a burger. I can get a full on meat on chips at the kebab shop right next door for that
