  • Apple’s cashback process is quite complicated. They only calculate it when your order is actually prepared, which could be weeks away due to shortages. This often means cashback isn’t tracked because the order wasn’t processed at the time or only partial cashback is tracked when you place two items in the same order and one is processed while the other is pending, they only track the cashback for the first item’s payment.

  • So will this work for a MacBook Neo?

    • If it's available to be shipped yes. Shopback seems to work on the order being accepted and dispatched. I bought a mini Mac the other day, took about five days for the verification to come through from Shopback. I received the mini Mac before the verification. Also got to read terms and conditions some products can be exempt from cashback.
