No - it was maybe working this morning (although I am not sure about trade in part, others had problems I think), but most of the interesting/best accessories were sold out. Then mid morning the website starting having issues and then they also made all the 256gb S25 ultras suddenly out of stock, and you couldn't order the bigger ones with a generic error (which the promo code didn't work on anyway). The website starting working again this arvo and with stock for just one colour of the s25 ultra 256gb and a couple more accessories, but the code then no longered worked for any of the phones (or at least all the ones I tried).
It has been a really frustrating experience. Fair enough to be too slow to get a deal, but it just honestly is the worst website experience ever. It wasn't clear what the code worked on, then it was glitchy, then they changed what it worked on and no accessories (which has to be untrue as some get added the next day), and then didn't work at all. I had the same happen with the oled tv deal a month back - I did actually manage to get a TV in the end in that deal, but it was frustrating and glitchy and the tv isn't even that great.
It all just makes me hate Samsung (or at least the NZ samsung shop) to be honest for being so frustrating and just wasting all my time.

Bugger. I ended up ordering a s25fe through the PC as wasnt working on phone. My 10% welcome voucher has now sadly disappeared. I had used that for four orders before it dropped off. The EPP store often has werid issues.
The 10% welcome voucher resets couple of month I believe
I will keep an eye out. My 10% voucher had just remained for four purchases but has disappeared with this latest purchased for which the 10% welcome wasn't even used because it didn't stack.
just create another account once you need the voucher

As said previously if you sign up to epp you should be getting these emails (Samsung shop also pushes notifications)
