  Man I hate their new online order platform- it's so damn clunky to be forced to use OTP via text instead of my autofill password in 10 seconds. There's heaps of bugs- especially with applying vouchers and expired vouchers staying in your account, and the restaurant selection menu is a massive carded list now instead of a quick line by line drop down. I really don't need to see a huge picture of each store- they all look the same. And if they are missing a single ingredient like a sauce, you have to remove it, but you can't substitute another for free- you have to pay extra.
