Normally through your employer if they are participating in it as part of their staff benefits. There are several different EPP stores with Samsung as well, different pricing and products on each.
Partnership store, Examples:

Education
Corporate Partnership -Companies registered in New Zealand with 50 or more employees
Business Account -NZBN registered small businesses
Goverment Employee

I got the Edu EPP through doing the free Tikanga course at TWOA. It's a home based course; you only having to meet the assessors in person each quarter. They send you heaps of resources and free books. It's genuinely interesting and might be a decent extra for your CV. Highly recommended. Being a tertiary student you also get access to student card/unidays/student beans etc.
It's a shame they don't offer courses to people in Christchurch
