What “50% bonus top-up” means
For every fixed-data plan you buy, we add a separate top-up equivalent to 50% of the data, with the same validity (days) as the base plan.
- Buy 10GB / 7 days → we add a 5GB / 7 days top-up
- Buy 3GB / 15 days → we add a 1.5GB / 15 days top-up
✅ You don’t need to do anything - we’ll add the top-up automatically within 24 hours.
✅ The bonus top-up can be used on the same trip or a future trip.
✅ Days only start ticking on the bonus pack when that pack becomes active.
How it works on the eSIM (important)
Your base plan is active first. The bonus top-up stays dormant until needed.
Example
You buy a Europe eSIM: 10GB for 7 days
We add a 5GB top-up for 7 days (within 24 hours)
Scenario A (you don’t fully use the base):
- If you use under 10GB and/or stop using it before the full 7 days, the bonus top-up does not activate
- It remains ready for next time you connect that eSIM on a future trip (usable within 12 months)
Scenario B (you go over):
- If you exceed 10GB OR the 7 days ends, the bonus top-up automatically activates
- You’re welcome to use it this way too (it’s designed to “roll on” seamlessly)
Key terms
- Applies to fixed-data (capped) plans only (country + regional fixed-data plans)
- Unlimited plans and any XGB/day plans excluded
- Bonus top-up is credited within 24 hours of purchase (you’ll receive confirmation via email and it will appear in your account)
- Bonus top-up is equivalent to 50% of the purchased plan’s data and matches the same validity days

Q: Do I need to message support to get the bonus?
No - it’s auto-added within 24 hours.
Q: Can I use the bonus on a future trip?
Yes. If the bonus hasn’t activated yet, it will stay dormant and be ready the next time the eSIM is used (within 12 months of the initial purchase).
Q: What if I need help installing/using the eSIM?
