Argh, so much for 'black friday sales'. Would have saved a few hundred with this one.

  • Annoying they seem to have removed the watch 4 and the pixel 4a from trade in, have 1 of each i was waiting for a good trade deal (which this is) they have also removed s25 variations which could come in handy for upgrading a nearly year old s25 for a brand new s25 for free or a few bucks

    • Why not wait for couple of months for S26?

      • +3

Rumor is its exynos chip, i didnt get all the hate until i had one in my s24, never again

        • It's supposed to be a lot better… supposed to be. The mid range Exynos stuff is fine though. I can't see any reason why they would have delayed the new chip if it wasn't at least better.

  • +1

    Hmmmm…. $289 to upgrade from S24 Exynos to S25 SD….. is it worth it…

    • I was looking at the exact same trade. Not sure if it's worth the hassle.

    • Last night it was around 100 to, but they fiddled with the way they workout the trade in bonus. For 100 it was a no brainer, but for 289 id think a bit harder. I was really unhappy with my s24 so for me i would.

    • We did that a few months back but was less and came with the buds 3 thrown in that we sold on.

I wouldn't bother at that price. If I'd migrated the phone and not told my wife I'd got a new one she wouldn't have even noticed. We even put it in the same s24 case and used s24 screen protectors while we waited for new ones and it all fits perfectly.

      • I guess it depends on ya use of it. Big difference for me

  • I want to make a purchase for about $970. But only one of those discount codes can be applied, and both cannot be used at the same time.

    • +1

      It's letting me apply both.

edit - scratch that it isn't after I applied a trade in.

edit - going around in circles here, when i added an accessory it did let me stack the codes.

    • +1

If it goes under $800, then you can't use the DEC-ON12B-PS code.
Edit: oh it should apply to $870, but try adding more to the card and see if you can stack…

      • For me doesnt work
Now I am tryinh to buy only one monitor price after XMAS25 and 10% discount came to 476$.
How can i get the extra 50$ from samsung agent, seems whatsapp doent work 🤔

  • Looking at getting the S25 for my wife for xmas. Is there much difference using the edu store? I see everyone on here mention it. I don't have access but Im sure I could arrange it through one of my younger relatives who are at uni.

I was looking at getting the S25 with a trade in of an s9. With the two $100 off vouchers it looks like it'll come to around ~$700. Was going to take the galaxy s8 watch as the throw in with a small top up.

Does that look like a reasonable deal? Any alternative recommendations? I'm very out of the loop on phones these days, quite happy with my cheap Oppo, but I know she wants a Samsung galaxy.

    • Can u also use the 10% off for 1st use of the app?

    • +1

Probably cheaper via regular store since you can stack more vouchers.

      Regular Store:
10% First Purchase on new acc
      $100 x2 Codes
$50 code via Samsung Chat Agents

      EPP will only give you:
10% First Purchase on new acc
      $50 x1 Code
$50 code via Samsung Chat Agents

      • +1

Ok it won't let me stack the vouchers and get the watch which is ok. The watch will be $250, i'll have a think about that.

sorry how do I get the samsung chat code? Do I just message it and ask? I can't see how to get the 10% first purchase, does that come when I create my account? I haven't actually purchased through the site before so that should be al good.

At the moment I have the S25 for $629 with a $490 trade in. Are they reasonable around meeting the trade in value? The phones in mint condition so I wouldn't think there'd be any issues.

        • +1

U use the app and it takes 10percent off at checkout on 1st purchase, no code or anything needed. Its good because it doesn't interfere with other coupons

And if u describe condition truthfully you should be fine, but take pics of condition b4 u send to be safe

          • @quote: Appreciate it!

            • @tacobaron: Make sure you use the app for the 10% not the website. As for the code from samsung i msgd the person and if i get some codes ill dm you them, not sure if theyll stack with others though

            • @tacobaron: Hey, turn ya dms on, got the codes

      • I'm so sad I had the soundbar Q990 in my cart and suddenly got an out of stock message :(

        • Just like the Tv's
It should come back in stock once they get a shipment in, best to check daily if you want it.

          • @Huntakillaz: Thanks mate! Sure will do! Hoping I can get it while there are coupons like this and the price is great at the moment.

        • How much did you see as the best price for the Q990F after all the discounts?

          • @Sun1: 1288 and I didn't even know you could get 10% off on the app.

          • @Sun1: You wont believe bro, I was able to buy it on the next day with all the discounts for 1194.20. But here's the catch: after I payed, there was some bug in the app and the product disappeared from my cart and no orders got generated and I got no confirmation email. However the payment went through. I reached out to samsung chat and they were able to find an order in my name and told me to wait 24 hours for it to show up. I've waited, checked my card again, the transaction was there but this time as confirmed instead of pending. Reached out to chat again, now they couldn't even find an order. They gave me a link to a form to fill in which will be responded by the ecommerce thing. I honestly don't even know why I still deal with samsung. I've had so many headaches with them in the past. So frustrating.

      • +1

How did you mamage to get the $50 code from the chat agents? I have tried but they only gave me the XMAS25.

        • NO codes atm usually shows up for them after 5th-7th of the month

      • Checked tonight (Dec 4) and EPP offers:

        • 25% off RRP (until Dec 15, EPP only and not applicable at the regular store)
        • 10% off new account (actually 7-8% off, automatically combined with the 25% off deal at check-out)
        • $100+ bonus for trade-ins (for selected products like the S25, less than the $400+ bonus at the regular store)
        • The OP's code: DEC-ON12E-PS (in my test, this takes extra 3-5% off, and can be used for orders under $800)
        • Chat agent code, if you are lucky to get one (this doesn't stack with the OP's code, but takes a few extra dollars off in comparison)

Still works out more expensive than the regular store, but my account was simply blocked at check-out after stacking up all the discounts at the regular store, using the Samsung e-store app.

  • Can you trade-in a broken monitor??

  • Has anyone traded in an ipad (wifi version)? I cant seem to bypass the IMEI as the ipad doesn't have one.

    • Use Serial no

    • I recall reading that some people had issues with trade-in with devices that didn't have IMEI. Not sure if the end result was successful or not but might be worth looking this up before you commit.

      • +1

        How Trade-In Works:
        How It Works?
        01
        What are you trading in?
Choose the Category of the device you want to trade in. Then, select the Brand, Device Model and Storage

        02
        Device Condition Check
Accurately advise on each of questions with a "Yes" or "No" response regarding the condition of the device you want to trade in

        03
Enter your IMEI or Serial Number
Enter your 15-digit IMEI / IMEI1 or 8-digit Serial Number (for Wi-Fi only) devices and press enter to validate

    • Yes with Serial Number.

  • +1

Hmm I have a different ($100) code that works on the normal store: DEC-ON12B-ED which stacks with XMAS25 (but can't stack with OPs DEC-ON12B-PS)

    • DEC-ON12B-ED no longer applies

      • Just tested, still working. Which product or other codes did you have when attempting to use?

    • also DEC-ON12E-ED for EPP store

  • +1

whats the cheapest you can get s25 ultra down to?

  • +1

    Is $582.39 the lowest for S25 256GB with $0 Trade-in?

    That's by deducting 10% + 10% + $100 + $400.

    • Not sure how you manged that with no trade in but awesome if you did.

      • +1

Zero dollar trade in is $400 because of boost

        • Ahhh gotcha. That's what I did too. An old broken phone of one of the kids.

          • @cutcutcut: What kind? I had a broken pixel 4a all ready for a trade deal and they have removed it from the trade in list

        • +1

If you haven't pulled the trigger try adding NOV-ON11B-OT. I only had the 10% off first purchase, but I had that still in my cart and it seemed to stack with XMAS25

    • Just wondering if you've received your order? I got the S25 down to $732.60 in the cart, but then my account got blocked at check-out for violation of the purchase policy.

      • I didn't place an order because my friend didn't confirm they wanted the phone until this morning!

  • +1

I just got a S25 for $557. I traded in an old broken Samsung phone for the $400 bonus. I already had it loaded to my cart with this code from last month NOV-ON11B-OT. I couldn't get the December codes and the XMAS25 code to work simultaneously but used the XMAS25 with the 10% off new user on the app. But looks like NOV-ON11B-OT will stack with the XMAS25.

    • Hey, any instructions or tips for Samsung store newbies?

I've managed to only get trade in bonus $400 + $200 (2/3 codes above), how does the 10% OFF codes work?

      • +2

10% off is for new users when you use their samsung store app.

    • Have you received your order? I tried these, but my account got blocked at check-out for violation of the purchase policy…

  • Finding it really hard to get 10% new app code. Any one with spare please?

    • I don't think it's a code, it just gets automatically applied to your first purchase.

      • Does it have to be thru app?
Can we install in ipad and then do the purchase.

        • +1

Yes. get samsung app from app store. I have used it from iphone.

          • @ace310: N once i download. I put the phone in the cart. Add codes and first time one should auto pop up. ??

            • @scrappycoco: It used to, but I am not sure if that doesn't happen anymore

        • +2

There doesn't appear to be a pop-up or indication that a 10% discount applied.

You only know by seeing that the final price was a lesser (90%) amount.

  • How much for s24u 512mb trading up to a s25u 512mb?

  • Seems they changed it, phones are now full price when in cart. Might be a bug, might not.

    • +3

      $380 off S25 256GB, $400 off S25 512GB and NOV-ON11B-OT are nixed.

  • for those quick big brained people, what was the trade-in value for the base S25 256gb? I know they have removed it as an option now

  • Got the S25 down to $732.60 in the cart, after trading in a very old phone (with bonus) and stacking up those vouchers etc, but then my account got blocked at check-out for violation of the purchase policy…

Tried Support but was kicked around from the chat agent to their 0800 phone and then to WhatsApp, still no reply yet (perhaps because it's after-hours?).

I'll report back if I can get this sorted :)

    • Personally I'd wait for S26
