Panasonic Z90B 77 Inch OLED TV $3,499 with Free Delivery @ Noel Leeming

130

According to a Reddit thread earlier today, Panasonic are exiting the TV business in New Zealand.

However, this looks like a good deal for their latest model 77" OLED Z90B for $3,499 including free delivery.

Performance looks to be on a par with LG C5 but it has better sound and supports all the HDR formats with a good gaming mode that supports Nvidia and AMD sync modes. Only two decent HDMI 2.1 inputs though, but who needs that many?

Panasonic were the real go to for Plasma and Projectors back in the day.

So weird to see that sort of change occur over time.

    • Yeah it's a sad day really. It ultimately reduces the competition in the TV market in NZ, which will not be good for the consumer long term. The other division of Panasonic are staying so warranty won't be an issue and of course CGA is on the retailer to honor, not the manufacturer or distributor, so this is probably quite a smart buy if you're in the market for a 77".

You buy this and something goes wrong who will repair it?

Shouldn't be an issue. See above.

      • D'oh. Good one thanks good to know repairs honoured, yea good deal this.

    Online OOS now.

  • Firetv isn’t a deal breaker but I really wish they had stuck around with their my home screen 3 software instead of Google then Amazon.

Call me old fashioned but I’d rather have a completely dumb tv with something plugged into it than a smart tv

Pana oleds are fantastic and that price seems great for 77”

Much cheaper than $3499 - feel sorry for anyone who paid $800 more than they had too.

Amazing! Good score. $3499 is still a bargain, 66% discount off standard retail price and a good $1000 cheaper than any equivalent Samsung or LG high end Oled.
