        Click on Account, scroll down to the bottom. it will have a option to delete all of your data.

    It sounds like they just got rid of all coupons no matter what time people signed up for. Only those who made the order before they sused got lucky I suppose. I doubt they had 1000 order though. Even if they did, their wording (even in the 2nd apology email) says the coupons were supposed to be for 1,000 who signed up, not who ordered. This is a classic example of bad marketing if they don't actually do it properly. It just creates a lot worse negative effect.

    Went to use to find it had disappeared. I downloaded app at 9am so hard to imagine I was outside the first 1000 downloads. App deleted.

      Nah same here. I was bright and early this morning so they can forget that rubbish..

      Might be pulling a Torpedo "we wont honor this because it was on cheapies"

      Bizzos need to tread carefully with this stuff!

    I have sent in a complaint. Absolutely NOT kosher. The authorities that monitor businesses for crap like this would seriously have a field day.

    If they ended up in your rewards they absolutely have to honor it and a cookie is not a good enough substitute for this botch up.

    If they do not make this right I will take my money to subway instead because I have been eating Pita Pit since day dot!

    I made an account at 10:20am and ordered a pita for 11am. When I went to pick it up, the store had no idea I had ordered, but I showed the order on my phone and they just made it there and then. I'd never tried Pita Pit before, but the pita was really tasty and I probably would have ordered from there again. So slam dunk with this marketing campaign Pita Pit? Logging onto Cheapies this afternoon and reading how everything went down, wow I couldn't have been more wrong, what a massive own goal!

      How much are these normally ?
      I only buy if they have deals like uber B!G!F , but these days its works out $20 pickup.

      Which encourages me to buy fresh and make it myself

        I got the Chipotle Prawn Pita, would have cost $16.90 according to my order email. No idea if the different base flavours cost more or less, and I didn't add anything that cost extra. Really liked the addition of grilled pineapple and corn though :)

    Ordered at 10.30am for a 2pm pickup and no issues. I'm guessing they're honouring all confirmed orders!

    Thank you for reaching out to us about the Free Pita promotion. We’re very sorry for any confusion or frustration this may have caused. It’s not the experience we intended for our customers.
    Following the app launch, a technical issue briefly caused the Free Pita reward to appear in some accounts beyond the first 1,000 eligible registrations. We completely understand how disappointing this may have been, and we sincerely apologise.
    To make things right, we’re doing the following:
    If you were part of the first 1,000 to complete registration, we will honour your Free Pita reward in full accordance with our Terms and Conditions. The reward has now been added to eligible accounts, and a notification email will be sent to confirm this.
    For those who were not within the first 1,000 but saw the reward displayed in error, a Free Cookie will be added to your account as a goodwill gesture, valid for two weeks once issued. We again apologise for the confusion.
    We have verified records of eligible accounts and are issuing rewards accordingly over the next 24 hours.
    Please note that customers can update or request deletion of their account information at any time directly through the Pita Pit App.
    Thank you again for your patience and understanding while we ensure everyone receives what they’re entitled to. We truly appreciate your support and enthusiasm for Pita Pit.

    Didn’t complain, just received this email

    Firstly we apologies for any confusion earlier in the day, we were inundated with app signups and as a result experienced a system glitch with a number of ineligible accounts showing the free Pita.

    We have now worked through all eligible customers and are please to advise you were one of the first 1000 to download and register for our new Pita Pit App! A free pita has now been loaded to your account.

    I am glad to see some people are getting pitas back. I was nice and early this morning but after complaining I don't think I will end up receiving one haha!

    I will most certainly be requesting my info be removed and deleting the app as per their copy and paste email reply!

      Yeah I’m not sure their apology email lines up? They said they’re still honouring the first 1000 who registered, but many people signed up before 9am, saw the voucher, but had theirs cancelled. Whereas there’s people based on the comments who signed up after 10am and were able to redeem?
