My Food Bag has joined my lifetime boycott list alongside Slingshot and Door Dash.
I recently signed up for one of these deals; got my first box fine, same as another other previous delivery. Second box, menu picked, locked in, paid, and come delivery on Saturday… nothing. No courier tracking, no call from a courier, no delivery notification.
And nothing from My Food Bag. They have been doing this for years - no doubt hundreds of thousands of boxes delivered - and one just "falls through the cracks". After reactivating they had a 50% fail to deliver rate for me. Where is the QC to match up boxes ordered with boxes couriered? Their entire MO is "customer orders x, company delivers x". Considering their history, the stock market rug pull, the share price through the floor, the reputation of someone like Cecilia Robinson.. how can you trust this company any more?
Their premade meals are good, one of the best I’ve had
