Cheapest Esim for South Africa, Singapore and Mauritius

My parents are going on holiday and I'm looking at eSim providers, but it's hard to find a cheaper one.
They'll be in South Africa for nearly 35days ish, Mauritius for 5 days, and Singapore for like 5 days.
I was having a look but the eSims for South Africa are really expensive lol.

Anyone have any ideas to keep the costs lower and any providers you recommend?

Global E-SIMS that covers Singapore and South Africa will be a priority, tbh ahaha :).
