Tried to log in to my Mobil Smile App but got the message “account not found.” (I still got notification 2 or 3 days said I have a 20c voucher) So I tried registering again with the same email, and it went through.
Now I’m wondering… Why was my old account deleted or something? Anyone else had this happen?

Happened to me too, but I've not been using the app/website for ages since switched to using the Farm Source card.

that happened to a friends card ,perhaps it pays to keep a print out or screen dump of your points going forward .
it does happen …
it could be they upgraded the website and overrode the connection to your points but kept the card details
if it was contracted out to a third party to keep the points scheme
you could enquire from their marketing team what happended .
In store they probably wont know ?
