Steps:
1. Go to https://chat.openai.com
2. Click on your name in the bottom left hand corner > Settings > Account > Manage
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
4. You may be offered a discounted rate — I got "50% off for 3 months"
Accept if it appears.
