Which store fb are you using (or is there a general north island fb page?)
My local store page is slack about updating

Worked for me at Hastings Warehouse just show them the screenshot from pak n saves fb page with current date and time.

      • Any idea why is this product not on Paknsav website, can anyone find a direct link?

        • +2

They might've removed it from the website just for today. If you search for it on grocer.nz(grocer.nz), it appears.

They remove the 1 day deals off their website then once the deal has ended it reappears on their website. If your price matching instore at the warehouse then the fb page should work.

          • @jamie12345: Cheers guys. TWH Riccarton refused to price match in store said it's a one day deal.

@doubledippps: Did you Price Promise the Indomie Mi Goreng Instant Noodles?

              • +1

@Peter Wyngarde: Yes, but at first they said it was a one-day deal. Then they called the manager to verify and also mentioned that "there are fake websites around", "it's only one store with this price". After discussing, the manager said PNS doesn’t advertise one-day deal prices online, so they would honor it.

@doubledippps: You shoula asked to see the fake websites and laughed when they couldn't as its bs

@doubledippps: Always baffles me why some of these Karens trying so hard to help the company save a few bucks. Making stupid remark like "fake website". They really did sell their souls to the company.

These daily deals are limited quantity offers so you're rolling the dice with The Warehouse Price Promise.

        • +1

Should start reporting The Warehouse. Noel Leeming recently got fined recently for their Price Promise.

@Pinoy Punisher: Nah warehouse is usually good, they follow their terms. Chemist warehouse are the con artists.

            • @quote: Bunnings is pretty good for me, Mitre 10 on other hand, they're making up random terms like needs to be local, cant be a supermarket, needs supervisor override, the picture doesnt match etc but the online staff are okay sometimes.

Okay (as an ex-staff), I rung head office. Heres what they said (each store has discretion but generally speaking)….

    • Due to these being a Daily Deal, we can see why you store has dishonored the price match. Its up to the discretion of the store, as online it is showing 'out of stock'. For these deals they fall under the 'Daily Deal Websites' and 'limited stock quanities' classifications.

    For reference The Warehouse T&C:

Exclusions and exceptions include the following:
    - Excludes products from third-party sellers, baby food and formula, gift cards, POSvA cards, vouchers, phone cards, stamps, daily deal websites, auction sites, overseas retailers, commercial quantities (more than 10 of any product), stock liquidations/liquidators, all clearance products, limited quantity offers, store opening deals at either our or the competitor store, direct-from-supplier purchases and most parallel imported products.
To redeem the Price Promise in store, bring your proof of price in store and ask a team member.

To redeem the Price Promise online, contact our Customer Care Team.
The Price Promise may be terminated or amended at any time without notice and is subject to The Warehouse’s usual terms and conditions of trade.
