  The Reolink doorbell is another good (IMO better) option that comes in a bit cheaper, usually around $125ish. Especially if you are planing to run it locally with home assistant and/or frigate.

  I place an order online for one for delivery. Just had a call from Bunnings that there is no stock anywhere and they have to cancel my order.

  I got one! This morning, but I think someone stuffed up. When I went there, the item that was given was a camera, not a doorbell. However, they had to honour it, but I may have stopped the sale as the manager was on the phone straight after this, before 1 p.m. today, and after this the sale was unavailable.

  Their site still says in stock even though it's not. Ended up just getting priced matched with JBhifi though.

  Went to PBtech, Noel leeming and Harvey Norman which wouldn't price match. Noels saying it's a different product and PB just saying the price different was too high

  I wish I was as fortunate as MrCheapie 😄. Disappointed with Bunnings treatment. Order accepted, followed up with Welly Central store a few hours later to be told they are getting it from another store. Also made me a promise to keep one aside if needed from next batch of new stock. Today just a 'do not reply' text that they sorry and will refund in the next 5 days ☹️

    Im surprised they didn’t follow through with the fact they promised you they were going to source one from another store for you.

    I initially got told they were out of stock and that they only had the display model and they offered to source stock from another branch for me to collect or offer a refund. I took up their offer of sourcing the stock. Then they told me the other branch was out of stock. Later they then said they just received some more units in to stock and they put one aside and allocated it to my order. I also as a bonus I got my power pass discount as well and because I am a decent tier, the price ended up being $150 including gst.
    I’ve missed out on a few good deals over my time being on cheapies… I was surprised I secured a unit.

  Anyone else had issues with picking up the product?

  I just dropped by at the bunnings and they gave me a video cam saying its the product that I ordered instead of the door bell.

  They said all they can do it to give a refund.

  Is there anything I can do on my end?

  I feel like I have been done wrong here. They said its price error but surely they cant just shove me away when I made a purchase.

  I would be greateful any word of wisdome thanks!

    Yes I had exact same issue see Comment chirpeeAsh however I showed them the invoice and it clearly stated the video door bell not a cam showed them the model. They called the manager and end up honouring the sale I suggested it’s a wrong label on there end however I do believe someone made a national mistake it was supposed to be the cam not doorbell
